Activity Levels Explained:

Relaxed

This level is very relaxed.
Activity: Less than 3 hours a day
Distances: Walking is less than 3 miles a day.
Surfaces: Mostly flat terrain

Easy Active

This level is requires very easy activity.
Activity: Less than 5 hours a day
Distances: Walking is less than 6 miles a day. May include easy terrain cycling maximum 30 miles.
Surfaces: Mostly flat terrain, and some possible steeps.

Moderate

This level is requires a good physical condition.
Activity: From 4 to 6 hours a day.
Distances: Walking may be up to 10 miles a day. May include some sports as cycling up to 40 miles a day and others specified as easy kayaking, swimming, etc.
Surfaces: Montanious terrain, sand, uneven trails, ascending and descending and some possible steeps.
